We have become three generations of "Cassels Racing". Matt Cassels was the first generation of Cassels racers. He started his racing in Europe, rally racing. After moving to Canada and starting a family, he began flat track racing ATV's. This included racing on clay ovals and ice. He finished his racing interests in a Legends car racing on paved ovals. During his last year of racing he raced along side his youngest son, Cameron.

Cameron Cassels started the second generation of racing competing in motocross. He then moved into Legends racing with his father. He competed for 2 years in Legends, eventually finishing 2nd in the 2002 championship with multiple wins. Cameron took a number of years off to start his family. When he returned to the racing circuit it was in sportscar racing. Cameron debuted his sportscar racing in Bodymotion's Porsche 911 for the 2015 IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge race at Road Atlanta. Since then Cameron has competed in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo series, IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge, SCCA, Porsche Club of America, IMSA Prototype Challenge Series as well as multiple one off races such as the 6 Hours of Sebring and 25 Hours of Thunderhill. Currently, Cameron is competing in the Prototype Challenge series with IMSA in a LeMans Prototype 3 car. Cameron is also running a partial season of kart racing in 2019, where he hopes to spend time with his 4 children as they learn about the exciting sport of racing. In his spare time, Cameron is an instructor at the new Area 27 race track in Osoyoos, BC.

Now the 3rd generation racers consist of Erin, Kyle, Ryan and Sydney. Ryan and Kyle started kart racing in 2016. Erin and Sydney joined their two brothers late in 2017.
